Because change is always happening....

I showed up for my orientation on Thursday for part-time and they offered me full-time already. So I accepted. I will now have insurance for everyone, which will be nice and I really think I am going to like being there. I can already tell from being there for orientation I am in a whole new league. It iwll be nice to have a change. I will stay on at my other job on an as-needed basis, but getting thru the next 2 weeks will be difficult working both places full time. I can do it tho. I am a determined woman!

What fun a web cam is. Trevor and i were being so silly. I am trying to get Nanny talked into a webcam so that she can talk with the boys weekly. This summer we will hopefully set something up.

The news keeps getting better!

I am officially down 40.5 lbs!!!! I weighed in at 157.5. Holy crap. I am so on cloud 9!

GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!!

OK! What a good week this has started off to be!!! I am so excited. I got hired at a new job today. I will be working for a new facility starting out part time and as soon as full time opens, it will be mine. I start Thursday. I will be making what i made when I worked for Columbus in Fort Wayne- so a hefty raise and this job offers bonus incentives and health insurance even for part-time.

Just had to share my news. For now I will continue to work at my current facility on the weekends and my part time during the week.

Manchester park today

Today was such a beautiful day that it was much needed for us to get out to the park and enjoy the day. Trevor's last day of first grade was today. He is an official 2nd grader and to celebrate he wanted to hit the park and hit a few balls around. The duo loved throwing and hitting. Actually, Connor is quite good at hitting and throwing. I think he may have a natural talent. He could throw the ball in the air and hit it with the bat- amazing. Logan much preferred eating dirt and being a spectator to the whole thing. Climbing the bleachers was the most fun. Notice their little monkey harnesses??? What a great invention and so nice to take the boys out for a walk. Not too many dirty looks from people for having the boys on leashes. We wore all three out totally. Ahhhhhh, it's gonna be a good summer!

quick update

Hi everyone!!! Just a quick update with how we all are. I have managed to catch a sinus infection- but am on antibiotics, so I will get better soon. The duo are killing us these days. They are just so full of mischief.
Trevor's last day of school is Friday so he is excited to get this summer started.

I ma now down 38 lbs and am sitting at 160lbs. I am gonna have to work hard to get this last 20lbs off- but I am sure I can do it!!! I am now in a size 12 from a size 18! woo!!!!

Ever wonder what your nurse does in the wee hours of the night???

Had a good weekend at work this weekend and was allowed some "playtime". So on a dare, I got up on the desk and danced the pole. Yes, I am aware I am a nut! No wonder everyone says I am so fun to work with!

They definatly have rhythm.....

So here the boys are dancing like they only know how and making due with what is available for music. I crack up everytime I see this.
